Dinner and Dance 2024

20th October 2024

Now that the dust has settled…We are proud to say that Stevenage Community Trust raised the grand total of £26,502.80 at our annual Dinner Dance.

It was incredible night - The Priory Barns at Little Wymondley looked beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were impeccable.

We were entertained by the fantastic Sam Lewis Band, the impressive magician Andy Jamieson, and not forgetting the impromptu Elvis performance, by our guest J D King. Our charity president Rob Stewart surprised us all with a comedian guest speaker - who was absolutely fantastic! We are incredibly sad to see the The Priory Barns close its doors at the end of this month, but we are so very grateful for their support over the years.

To all of our event sponsors - thank you! Without you, it wouldn’t have been possible to raise such a significant amount. I would like to do a special mention to generous main sponsors Austin’s, and Stevenage Packaging Ltd; our community champion sponsors Tollers, our entertainment sponsor TDI Solutions, GCIS (UK) Ltd and The Wine Society, for their unwavering support and commitment. And our course a huge thank you to Canter Holland Asset Management, IPM SIPP Administration, Crane and Staple Solicitors, J.T Electrical Services and Tranquil Turtle for their kind sponsorship.

The auction and raffle was incredible - thank you to all those who have reached out to the charity with prizes.

We can’t wait to announce the details for next year’s event – which will be a celebration of the charities 35th anniversary. Watch this space...
