Stevenage Day

Stevenage Community Trust had the privilege of having a stand at Stevenage Day this year. The hugely popular event was held Sunday 11th June at King Georges Park in the glorious 30 degree heat.
Long term members of the Trust, Flamingos Produce Ltd teamed up with us on the day to help make our stand a huge success. With the help of Flamingo’s volunteers, we offered some fun ‘veg themed’ games and prizes which were a huge success, including ‘guess the veg’ and ‘hook the duck’.
We were thrilled to have met so many people within the community and to talk about Stevenage Community Trust with the passers by. It was a great opportunity for us to raise awareness and share the message of our cause.
